2. Estimated Product/Service Cost:
We offer recruitment and staffing services for companies. Our services include:

• Permanent Recruitment: Service charges range between 8.33%–22% of the gross annual CTC.

• Staffing: Service charges for managing payroll services and temporary staff range up to 10% of the gross monthly salary.

3. Affiliate Commission Offered:
As part of the Recex Indrepreneur Program, we offer:

• Recruiters: Earn upto 50% commission on successful job closures.

• Business Developers: Earn 10% commission on every successful deal or corporate connect established.
